These CSRs give your people one point of contact for personal service. Supporting the CSRs is a team of Installation Supervisors who maintain the highest levels of installation quality and service in the industry.
Contract Carpet installations are guaranteed to satisfy our customers. All materials and labor are covered for one year. Along with this installation guarantee, Contract Carpet also will administer any and all manufacturer warrantee claims a customer may have over the life of their installation which can range from 5-15 years depending upon the flooring product.
